PROCESSUS DE FABRICATION DES EMPREINTES
Au démarrage, j’enveloppe la sculpture dans une toile et trace au toucher ses contours, lignes directrices, reliefs. Ensuite je découvre la sculpture, fixe la toile au mur et retravaille l’ébauche tout en préservant la morphologie du volume.
Dans ce corps à corps la sculpture se métamorphose et tout en poursuivant le dialogue avec le volume je lui donne une seconde vie.
L’empreinte constitue la mémoire du volume et un tableau où présence des traces et absence physique cohabitent.
